Hi, I’m Stacey, my specialisms are working with trauma, and supporting neurodivergent individuals at various stages of their journey. From initial musings about whether you may be Autistic or have ADHD to offering post-diagnostic support assimilating what this may mean for you, and helping you navigate any comorbid mental health difficulties, think about your relationships, education, work, and other holistic needs. I have had the privilege of working as a clinical psychologist with people of all ages, who have experienced a variety of mental health, neurodevelopmental and emotional difficulties, within the NHS, and privately, for over 15 years.

I work integratively using CBT, Trauma-focused CBT, ACT, and EMDR, to tailor the support I offer. I have a particular interest in trauma and helping people to reclaim their lives. I’m also trained to offer support for tics/Tourette’s. I look forward to supporting you.
