I am a Clinical Psychologist with experience of working in both the NHS and private practice. I have worked with children, young people and adults with a range of mental health difficulties including anxiety, panic, low mood, low self-esteem, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). My aim is to create a safe and collaborative therapeutic space where we can work together to address your current concerns and make meaningful changes in your life.
