I’m a Counselling Psychologist working with children, adolescents, and adults using a range of psychological approaches. I have extensive experience supporting those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.

It is a privilege working with individuals, being a part of their world and entrusted with their thoughts, memories, and struggles.

Who I Support
Children, adolescents, and adults

Common Concerns
I work with a broad range of concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, low mood, grief, trauma, emotional well-being, and stress

Areas of Interest
Young adults, navigating the difficulty and stress of everyday life and relationships.

How I Work
My aim is to create an environment where you feel safe to explore your experiences, whilst feeling supported, understood, and heard. I am compassionate, approachable, and will encourage you to think outside of the box, whilst also being warm and compassionate. I believe the relationship between us is the most crucial aspect of therapy for it to be successful, so I aim to be down to earth, fun, and honest.

I use a very integrative approach, bringing in parts from Existentialism and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), as well as Psychodynamic and Solution Focused and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).

Professional Background and Qualifications
– Doctorate in Counselling Psychology & Psychotherapy

– 10 years working in different NHS settings: Drug and Alcohol services, NHS CAMHS settings, and In-Patient ward settings, as well as school settings (primary and secondary), and The Priory outpatient setting.

Beyond the therapy room
I enjoy travelling and learning about different cultures, music (including singing terribly), and spending time with my family and friends.
