About Me
I’m a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with nearly two decades of experience supporting people with a wide range of psychological difficulties. I founded Collective Psychology to bring together a team of highly skilled clinicians who can offer clients timely, compassionate and evidence-based care. I believe that building a rapport and prioritising the therapeutic relationship is one key indicator in the effectiveness of therapy and I work in a collaborate and empowering way with my clients to help them achieve their therapeutic goals and become the best versions of themselves.
Who I Work With
Adults and young people (10+)
Common concerns
Anxiety, stress, depression, neurodiversity and low self-esteem

I work primarily with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
