I’m Dr Anna Lose, a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Lecturer with substantial experience spanning almost a decade supporting children, young people, adults, and families in both the NHS and private practice. Over the years, I’ve worked in many different settings – from people’s homes and schools to NHS clinics and inpatient wards – helping individuals and families navigate a wide range of challenges. These have included anxiety, stress, depression, OCD, phobias, body image concerns, relationship and family difficulties, as well as adjustment to health conditions. In addition to previous experience within a range of settings, being a lecturer on a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology course at Royal Holloway University of London, I understand the stressors people experience in high pressure environments, be it within academic or corporate settings. I find it rewarding to support individuals to get to a calmer, more enjoyable place in life again.
