I’m Becca, a Clinical Psychologist with many years of experience working with children, young people, and adults across NHS and charitable services, supporting people with their mental health and healing from traumatic experiences.

I have a particular interest and expertise in supporting individuals with neurodiverse traits, such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). My approach is person-centred and integrative, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), which allows me to adapt therapy to suit the person I am working with.

When starting therapy, I believe it is important to focus on building trust and getting to know you, so that our sessions are tailored to your needs, interests, and values. My role is to work alongside you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns of behaviour, and to support you in taking steps toward positive changes in your everyday life.
