About Me
I’m a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience working in the NHS supporting children, young people and their parents and carers. My approach is warm and collaborative, and I aim to work in partnership with those I’m supporting.
Who I Support
Children, adolescents, young people and families/parents
Common concerns
I work with children, young people and families who are experiencing a wide range of challenges including anxiety, low mood, trauma and stress. I also support families navigating challenges associated with neurodivergence.
How I Work
I mainly work using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), using systemic and attachment-based approach when working with children and families. My aim is to create a safe and collaborative therapeutic space where we can work together to make sense of your current concerns.

Beyond the Therapy Room
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love getting outside in open green spaces and when I’m at home I enjoy creative projects and crafts.
