My job is to ensure the smooth running of your experience with Collective Psychology. As Head of Operations, I prioritise confidentiality and make sure we work in line with good practice, as well as internal and external policies and governance.

I oversee and support both our admin team and our therapists, helping everything run efficiently behind the scenes so that you receive a seamless, high-quality service. A big part of my role is making sure our day-to-day operations are well organised, responsive, and aligned with our wider goals as a practice. Ultimately, my focus is on creating a calm, reliable, and professional environment where both our clients and team feel supported.
