About Me
I am a Clinical Psychologist offering private individual therapy for adults, alongside my part-time role in the NHS within a Cancer Psychology service. Since qualifying in 2005, I have worked across a wide range of settings and supported people with diverse mental health challenges.

Who I Support
I work with adults experiencing:
Anxiety and depression
Existential concerns or crises of meaning
Health-related fears, including fear of illness or dying
I also have experience supporting individuals with severe and enduring mental health difficulties and those in crisis.

How I Work
My approach combines evidence-based therapies with a focus on meaning and values. I draw on:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)
Existential ideas
Together, we work to develop a different relationship with difficult thoughts and feelings while building a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
