Areas of Interest
I have a specialist interest in perinatal mental health, and have experience in working with difficulties that can arise during pregnancy and the postnatal period, including maternal anxiety and OCD, postnatal depression, birth trauma and loss.

How I Work
I am integrative in my work and draw on a range of evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My aim is to create a warm, compassionate and safe space for clients to feel heard and understood. Together I work with clients to identify their hopes and goals for therapy, and support in working towards achieving meaningful changes that enhance their wellbeing and alleviate distress.
