About Me
I am a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in supporting children, adolescents and their families. After training at King’s College London, I worked in a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) supporting young people and families with a variety of complex and co-morbid mental health difficulties, conducting assessments and interventions. I have chosen to specialise in working with children and young people experiencing emotional, behavioural or neurodevelopmental difficulties with the aim of reducing emotional distress as early as possible, and fostering resilience to help young people thrive.

I endeavour to provide a safe space for each young person I work with, offering warmth, validation and collaborative working in order to equip young people with skills to make a lasting positive change. I am also committed to involving parents/carers in the therapeutic process to achieve the best possible outcomes for families

I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) which is the regulatory body for Clinical Psychologists.

Who I Work With
Young people and families

Common Concerns
I support young people with a range of difficulties including those who experience low mood/depression, anxiety, OCD, eating difficulties, emotional dysregulation, poor body image, low self-esteem, difficulties in the context of neurodiversity, and peer-related challenges. I am passionate about supporting children and young people, and am dedicated to delivering tailored, evidence-based interventions to improve wellbeing

My Therapeutic Approach
In my work I adopt an integrative approach, drawing on multiple modalities to best support the specific needs of the young people and families I work with. I draw from various psychological approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and am informed by systemic and psychodynamic theory
