I’m a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I have over seven years of experience working within NHS mental health services, supporting adults with a broad range of psychological and emotional difficulties.

I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from University College London (UCL), alongside a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (University of Essex and UCL), an MSc in Developmental Psychology from the University of Kent, and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire.

How I work
My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practice. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and able to explore what is going on for you at a pace that feels manageable.

I place a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, as I believe this is central to meaningful and lasting change. I aim to work alongside you rather than in a directive way, supporting you to build insight, develop practical tools, and move towards the changes that matter to you.

Who I work with
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of psychological and emotional difficulties, including:
– Anxiety, panic, stress, and worry-based difficulties
– Depression and low mood
– Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
– Trauma and PTSD
– Health anxiety
– Low self-esteem and confidence difficulties
– Neurodiversity, including autism spectrum conditions
– Attachment and relational difficulties
– Experiences of narcissistic abuse
– Work-related stress
– Body-focused repetitive behaviours, including trichotillomania

My therapeutic approach
I work integratively, drawing primarily on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs and goals. Depending on what feels most helpful, I may also incorporate:
– Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
– Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)
– Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
– Systemic and relational approaches
– Trauma-informed and Mentalisation-Based Therapy (MBT) principles

I strive to balance practical, skills-based work with space for reflection and meaning-making, so that therapy feels both supportive and useful in everyday life.
