I work with a broad range of mental health and relational challenges, with a particular focus on those living with physical health conditions. I place strong importance on the therapeutic relationship, offering a collaborative, compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood and supported. Alongside my private practice, I continue to work within an NHS clinical health psychology team.

How I Work
I am committed to offering a warm, empathetic approach, tailoring my methods to meet you where you are and guide you toward where you want to be. I work integratively, drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and systemic and relational therapies. Through this collaborative process, I support you to explore and understand different aspects of yourself, overcome difficulties, and thrive.
