About Me
I’m an occupational therapist with nearly a decade of experience working across clinics, hospitals, and private practice. My work centres on helping women and mothers navigate anxiety, eating difficulties, overwhelm, and life transitions with compassion and clarity. I strive to create a safe, caring, and containing space – one where you can feel deeply understood and supported to reconnect with yourself and create meaningful change.

Who I Support
I support adults navigating a range of challenges including anxiety, burnout, eating disorders, identity loss, perfectionism, and emotional overwhelm. I have a particular interest in maternal mental health and matrescence – the profound transition and evolution that occurs as women become mothers – but I also work with individuals outside of motherhood who wish to feel more balanced, confident, and connected in themselves.

How I Work
My approach draws on Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and embodiment practices, and occupational therapy principles. Sessions are collaborative and non-judgemental, offering a blend of emotional exploration and practical tools to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and at ease in daily life. Clients often describe my style as warm, grounded, and real, with a focus on creating both emotional insight and tangible change.

Beyond the Therapy Room
I’m a mum of two and continually learning what it means to live in alignment with my values of slowness, self-compassion, and connection. Outside of work, I love being in nature and exploring creative practices that help me reconnect with my body and sense of self.
