About Me
I’m a Counselling Psychologist with a deep passion for helping people make sense of their experiences and break free from unhelpful cycles that may have been passed through generations. My approach is calm, compassionate, and thoughtful – I aim to create a space where clients feel heard, accepted, and supported to make meaningful change. I believe that therapy works best when it feels collaborative and grounded in understanding each person’s unique story. I see my role as helping you explore the roots of difficulties while developing practical ways to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Who I Support
Children, young people, and adults
Families and parents seeking to strengthen relationships or navigate change

Common concerns
Anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, identity concerns, trauma, and stress-related difficulties

Areas of clinical interest

How I Work
I draw from a range of evidence-based models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Person-Centred approaches, adapting my style to each individual’s needs. For children and young people, I often use elements of play therapy and psychodynamic work to help them express emotions in a safe and creative way. Clients describe my approach as warm, gentle, and grounding, with a strong focus on fostering insight and emotional resilience.

Doctorate in Counselling Psychology (PsychD)
BSc (Hons) Psychology

Beyond the Therapy Room
Outside of work, I value spending time with my family and being outdoors – moments that help me stay grounded and present. I also have a love for theatre and reading, and I’m passionate about cultural understanding and how our backgrounds and early experiences shape who we become.
