How I Work
I believe that having an understanding of our difficulties and needs is the first step to being able to make meaningful and long lasting changes. I draw flexibly on a range of psychological models depending on individual needs, including cognitive analytic therapy (CAT), compassion-focused therapy (CFT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT). I work with individuals to understand what they need and offer a nurturing and supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. My aim is for people to go away from therapy with the understanding and tools they need to live the life that they want to live.
