About Me
My name is Dr Claire Collins, and I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with over 12 years of experience working in both the NHS and private sector. I specialise in supporting adults through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I have extensive experience working with difficulties such as anxiety, depression, stress, loss, trauma, relationship issues, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). At the heart of my work is a commitment to building a strong therapeutic relationship – one grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect – to support you in achieving your goals and moving towards greater wellbeing and fulfilment.
