About Me
I’m a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience working in NHS mental health services, predominantly with children and young people. Creating a warm, non-judgemental space is at the heart of my work – a place where people feel genuinely heard, understood and supported to make meaningful, lasting changes.

I’m especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and making sure therapy feels accessible, flexible and truly personalised.

Who I Support
Children, young people, parents/carers and adults.

Common Concerns
I can support a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, low mood, trauma and parenting challenges.

Areas of Clinical Interest
Anxiety difficulties, including social anxiety, panic and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I also enjoy working with schools, offering consultation and training to help create supportive environments around the young people I work with.

How I Work
My core therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), but I find that drawing from a range of evidence-based therapies allows me to tailor sessions to each person’s unique needs. I’ve completed further training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Compassion Focused Therapy and Mindfulness. When working with children and young people, I like to bring creativity into the room, helping therapy feel engaging, collaborative and genuinely useful.

Professional Background and Qualifications
– Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy), Royal Holloway, University of London
– BSc in Psychology, University of Leeds
– Postgraduate Certificate in Supervision, King’s College London
– Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
– Over a decade working in NHS child and adolescent mental health services
– Accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP)

Beyond the Therapy Room
Outside of work, I enjoy yoga and live music, and I’ve recently started dance lessons again – an enjoyable way to reconnect with my younger self and gently push myself outside of my comfort zone.
