I am a registered Clinical Psychologist and I have worked within the NHS for over 10 years. I feel that the most important aspect of therapy is the therapeutic relationship, and I provide a person-centred, safe space for to understand and explore their experiences and difficulties.

Who I Support
Adults and young people

Common concerns
I work with a broad spectrum of concerns, including, but not limited to, anxiety, low mood, intellectual disability and neurodiversity, and self-esteem difficulties.

Areas of clinical interest
Trauma, low self-esteem and anxiety in the context of neurodiversity.

How I Work
I draw upon various approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Systemic theory and Compassion Focussed Therapy. I have a particular interest in Attachment Theory and can work with people to think about how our early relationships can impact us in later life.

Beyond the Therapy Room
Outside of work, I love long walks with my dog who is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I also love music and I try to see as many concerts as possible!
