How I Work
I understand that everyone’s experiences are unique, which is why I draw on a variety of psychological models to tailor therapy to your individual needs. The approaches I use primarily are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). My style is open and reflective, hoping to create a space for you to get in touch with and navigate through various emotional experiences and helping you build a purposeful and meaningful life.

BSocSci in Psychology, First Class Honours
Ex-senior Clinical Psychologist in NHS specialist mental health services
Specialist training in ACT, EMDR, CBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches

Beyond the Therapy Room
I love spending time and hiking in nature while contemplating the wonders of life. I also enjoy the company of my pet dog, Coffee.
