About Me
I am a Clinical Psychologist with experience of working in both the NHS and private practice. I have worked with children, young people and adults with a range of psychological difficulties.

Who I Support
– Adults and young people (17+).
– I work with a broad range of concerns including, but not limited to: anxiety, panic, stress, low mood, low self-esteem and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
– I have experience of working with individuals with neurodiversity (including ASD and ADHD).
– I offer face-to-face or online sessions.

How I Work
I draw primarily on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).
