I am a Clinical Psychologist with experience supporting children, young people, families and adults with a wide range of psychological difficulties and distress. I aim to provide tailored support by working in an integrative way, drawing across a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs and goals. My approach can be described as warm, non-judgemental and collaborative.

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the key to meaningful change and prioritise building a trusting and authentic relationship with you. I work with you, at your pace, ensuring that you always feel heard and understood.

Children, young people, families and adults
I provide neuroaffirmative care in the context of working with disordered eating.

I work with a wide range of difficulties including but not limited to:
– Eating Disorders (including ARFID),
– Eating Difficulties
– Body Image Concerns
– Emotion Dysregulation and Anxiety.

How I work
I work an integrative manner, drawing primarily on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Systemic approaches. I provide a safe space for exploration and reflection, whilst supporting you to challenge yourself and build your confidence.
I offer face-to-face and online sessions (upon request).

MSc in Mental Health Studies- Kings College London
BSc in Psychology- Kingston University
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Foundation Training
Association for Family Therapy and Systemic Practice (AFT) Foundation Level
Over six years of experience in NHS mental health services
Contributions to research in improving access to care in eating disorders

Beyond the Therapy Room
Outside of work, I enjoy outdoor swimming and spending time at my allotment. I enjoy being outdoors, especially going for long walks with my two sausage dogs.
