About Me
I’m a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience working within the NHS and private settings. I specialise in supporting young people and their families, with particular expertise in working with very young children and their parents, as well as neurodivergent children and teenagers.
I believe that therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and tailored to each person or family. My aim is to create a welcoming and supportive space where we can think together about the challenges you’ve been facing and work towards goals that feel meaningful for you.
Who I Support
– Children, young people, and parents
– Families navigating developmental, behavioural or emotional challenges
– Young people and their families seeking support around neurodiversity (including autistic burnout, school based trauma and PDA) or early relationships
– Young people seeking support around OCD, anxiety and low mood
How I Work
My approach is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and collaboration. I view each individual within their broader network of relationships and consider how these connections shape emotional wellbeing. I draw on a range of evidence-based models, guided by what best fits you and your goals. These include CBT, video feedback, and relational approaches. Together, we’ll explore what’s been difficult, notice your strengths, build understanding, and develop practical ways forward that suit your unique circumstances.
