I’m a Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals with a broad range of psychological difficulties. I have enjoyed working for Collective Psychology since 2021, alongside my roles in NHS Eating Disorder Services.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is such an important part of therapy success, so in the initial sessions I focus on getting to know you and building a supportive, warm and encouraging space for you to talk. I recognise that embarking on a therapeutic journey can feel daunting, so I prioritise working collaboratively to tailor the sessions to your individual needs and goals.
Who I Support
- Adults and young people (10+)
- Common concerns: I work with a broad spectrum of concerns, including, but not limited to, anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem and neurodiversity
- Areas of clinical interest: eating disorders, autism, anxiety-related difficulties, perfectionism, perinatal mental health
How I Work
I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). I work individually and/or systemically with parents and families where appropriate.
Clients often describe my approach as warm and compassionate, with a genuine focus on understanding their unique situation. I offer a space to speak openly and reflect, combined with strategies and tools to help you to manage your difficulties.
