About Me
I qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2014. Both before and since, I have worked in varied settings with people across the lifespan, impacted by a range of mental health issues and other challenges. I support clients to make meaningful sense of their experiences in context, considering their immediate environment and histories, and wider societal influences. It is important to me to enable clients to feel that their voice and experiences are heard and understood, and that their strengths are acknowledged.

Who I Support
Adults and adolescents

Common concerns
I work with people affected by a range of issues including, but not limited to, trauma, self-criticism, anxiety, low mood, and substance misuse. Additionally, I support people struggling with the complex challenges of the perinatal period.

How I Work
I offer an approachable and collaborative therapeutic relationship, drawing on integrated modalities to personalise therapy to clients’ objectives. I regularly use cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), compassion-focused therapy (CFT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing therapy (EMDR), schema therapy. I also value systemic concepts.
