About Me
I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience supporting children, young people, and families. I’ve worked across NHS and private settings, including over 15 years at Great Ormond Street Hospital. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based, helping clients make sense of their experiences and develop lasting emotional resilience.

Who I Support
Children, adolescents, families, and adults

Common concerns
I work with a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, OCD, low self-esteem, and body image concerns

Areas of clinical interest
Neurodiversity (autism, ADHD), trauma, adjustment to medical diagnoses, and parenting support

How I Work
I draw primarily on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy, integrating trauma-informed and systemic approaches. My style is warm and reflective, focusing on understanding, connection, and practical tools that support meaningful change for young people and their families.

Beyond the Therapy Room
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors. I love travelling and exploring new places, taking on creative projects, and staying active through exercise. I also enjoy reading, film, and theatre.
