About Me
I’m a Clinical Psychologist offering private therapy alongside my role at Evelina Children’s Hospital. I have over a decade of experience working within the NHS, predominantly in paediatric settings; supporting children, families and adults facing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. I have also been part of the Collective Psychology Team for over four years offering support to young people, families and adults with a range of mental health difficulties and those coping with difficult life experiences. My clinical work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and curiosity. I believe that therapy is most effective when it feels safe, supportive, and genuinely personal. My goal is to help clients build on their strengths, develop new skills, and move towards living a life that feels meaningful and aligned with their values — even in the face of challenges.

How I Work
My approach is integrative and flexible, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Systemic approaches to ensure the sessions work for the client – helping them make sense of their experiences and build practical strategies for everyday life. Clients often describe my style as warm, approachable and grounded, with a focus on helping them feel heard and supported while working towards meaningful change.
