About Me
I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 8 years of experience working with individuals with a wide range of psychological difficulties.

My aim is to create a warm, collaborative space with a strong focus on building a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel truly heard, understood, and supported. I take time to get to know you and create a space that feels welcoming, encouraging, and tailored to your unique needs, interests, and goals.

Who I Support
Adolescents, Adults and families.

I work with a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties, but not limited to anxiety, low mood, OCD, low self-esteem, and body image concerns. I have experience working with individuals with neurodiversity needs such as ASD and ADHD

I offer both face-to-face and online sessions.

How I Work
I draw primarily on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-focused therapy (CFT) and Narrative Therapy, integrating trauma-informed and systemic approaches.

I understand that starting therapy can feel daunting, so I work alongside you at your pace, helping you make sense of your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop skills for lasting emotional resilience. I am passionate about empowering individuals to live values-led, meaningful lives, and I use creativity and collaboration to ensure our work together feels personal, relevant, and supportive.

– Specialist training in CBT, University of Surrey
– MSc in Health Psychology
– Msc Clinical Associate in Psychology
– BSc in Psychology
– Registered Practitioner Psychologist, Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
– Registered with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP)

Beyond the Therapy Room
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and my dogs. I enjoy staying active and going on hikes and swimming. I am a creative individual who enjoys drawing and painting.
