About Me
I’m a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of psychological difficulties. I specialise in working with neurodivergent individuals and their families and have extensive experience supporting those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and PTSD.
I believe it is a privilege to work alongside someone, bearing witness to their struggles and holding hope for their triumphs. I provide supportive, empowering guidance, helping clients find sustainable ways of being in the world and strengthen their emotional resilience.

How I Work
I create a space where clients feel understood and supported, exploring emotional experiences while developing practical strategies for everyday life. People often describe my work as approachable, compassionate, and encouraging, with a focus on collaboration, trust, and guidance that is both meaningful and applicable. I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Professional Background and Qualifications

Beyond the Therapy Room
Outside of work, I love cooking, going on family walks with my very big dog, and singing very badly in the car. I also enjoy embracing hygge, creating cozy, comforting moments that nourish wellbeing and connection.
