I’m a Clinical Psychologist with over five years of experience supporting individuals with a wide range of psychological difficulties.

I believe that developing a strong therapeutic relationship is paramount to sup-port meaningful change, and I utilise creativity throughout my work to ensure our sessions are tailored to your unique interests and circumstances. I am passionate about supporting and empowering young people to live a values-led life, drawing upon their strengths and building new skills.

How I Work
I draw primarily on Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy (NT). Clients often describe my approach as warm, relaxed, and person-centred, with a strong focus on building a trusting relationship, encouraging reflection, and offering guidance that is both compas-sionate and practical.

– Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsychD), University of Surrey
– Postgraduate Diploma in Education Mental Health Practice
– MSc in Psychology of Education, Distinction
– BSc in Childhood Studies
– Over five years in NHS mental health services
– Contributions to research focused on wellbeing and quality of life in children and families living with chronic health conditions

Beyond the Therapy Room
Outside work, I place great value on physical activity, including playing netball three times a week and going for long hikes at the weekend. I also love spending time with friends and family, and getting absorbed in a good book
