About Me
I’m a Clinical Psychologist with ten years experience within the NHS working alongside adolescences and adults struggling with a wide variety of mental health struggles including anxiety, depression, eating difficulties, self-criticism, baby loss and traumatic experiences. I believe therapy should be shaped around you as an individual, so my aim is to create a space where you feel safe and understood, allowing you to speak openly and for us to make sense of what is going on for you, and how we can move forward in a way that is aligned with your goals and values.
