About Me
I am a Clinical Psychologist with several years of experience supporting children, young people, and adults with a wide range of psychological difficulties. I have worked across the NHS and Local Authority, helping individuals and families navigate a variety of challenges. I believe that building a rapport, and a strong and open therapeutic relationship is the foundation to effective therapy. Talking with a mental health professional can feel daunting and I aim to create a space that feels safe and non-judgemental, with a focus on collaboration and compassion. Together, we can explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you, working towards your goals and meaningful change.
Who I Support
Children and Young People, Adults, and Families
Common Concerns
Anxiety, stress, low mood, low self-esteem, neurodiversity, eating difficulties, trauma and relational difficulties. I also support parents and families who may be navigating emotional, behavioural, or developmental concerns, helping them to strengthen relationships and feel more confident in managing everyday challenges.
How I Work
My therapeutic approach is integrative, tailoring therapy to your individual needs. I draw on Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and systemic approaches to support clients with their experiences and understanding, combining practical strategies that can support change in everyday life, with opportunities to reflect more deeply on experiences.
I aim to bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion to our work together, creating a therapeutic environment where you feel supported and able to talk openly. My focus is to build on your strengths, explore challenges, and empower you to move towards the changes you would like to make. Whether you are looking to better understand yourself or looking for support with a specific challenge, I aim to provide a supportive space where we can explore your experiences and help you to move forward with greater confidence.
