About Me
I am a Clinical Psychologist offering private therapy alongside my role within the NHS where I support patients and their families in navigating health challenges and emotionally complex situations. This role has allowed me to work across a range of specialities, including gynaecology, surgery, oncology and palliative care. My clinical work is guided by compassion. I aim to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we can explore things you find challenging and identify meaningful and realistic ways forward, supporting you to live a life that feels authentic and aligned with your personal values.

Who I Support
I support adults, young people, children, couples and families as they navigate a range of challenges across different stages of life. I have experience working with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, low mood, eating difficulties, relationship challenges, physical health issues, and complex life circumstances. I also support individuals exploring questions around cultural, gender and sexual identity, while helping them develop a deeper understanding of themselves, emotional awareness and self-expression.

What I Offer
The therapy I offer is adapted to your individual needs and context. I draw on evidence-based approaches including:
– Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
– Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
– Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)
– Systemic and family-focused approaches

I recognise that some topics can be difficult to talk about, including relationships, intimacy, or feeling different. We can work in a way that suits you – whether it is more focused, short-term support or longer-term work that allows for deeper exploration. There is always space for warmth, humour, and moments of lightness in my work with clients.

Professional Background and Qualifications
Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy), University of Bath (Including accreditation in Foundation in Family Therapy and Systemic Practice, and BABCP-accredited CBT training) MSc in Clinical Aspects of Psychology, University of Reading BSc in Psychology, University of Chichester.
