About Me
I’m an HCPC-registered Health Psychologist with over eight years’ experience working across NHS, charity, digital health, and private settings. I support adults, young adults, and older adolescents, particularly those living with long-term health conditions, chronic pain, or complex emotional challenges. I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and tailored to each person. My aim is to help you make sense of your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop practical strategies to live a life that feels meaningful and aligned with your values – even when facing ongoing health or life challenges.

– Adults, young adults, and older adolescents
– People adjusting to long-term illness or chronic pain

Clients often describe my style as warm, thoughtful, and appropriately challenging, creating a supportive space where you feel heard while working towards meaningful change.
